• Products are guaranteed to perform as stated on the label. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately for a refund or exchanged. Items must be returned within 30 days from ordering.

Ordering

• Sanicopaper.com does not have a minimum order policy.
• If you are interested in larger quantity orders, please contact us directly.
• Sanicopaper.com is a distributor for a large number of manufacturers and doesn't publish everything we have to offer on the web site. Please contact us directly if you are interested in additional products not published on the web site and we will do our best to meet your request.

Shipping

• Shipping orders will be calculated and confirmed after the online order is placed depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.
• Your shipping will be determined based on your geographical location.
• Sanicopaper.com factors the shipping for each individual order to save you money. Sanicopaper.com has low prices and requires shipping charges to be paid by our customers. We do this to give you the best price possible. Web Sites that offer free shipping are factoring the cost of shipping into the cost of the product. We want to give our customers the best possible price and therefore factor the shipping on each order.
• Most orders ship the next business day depending on availability. Friday and weekend orders ship on Monday.
• Same day shipping for in stock items.
• Sanicopaper.com uses UPS for most shipments. Shipping costs are based on the UPS shipping calculator and will not be marked up by us. If your order contacts items that cannot be shipped via UPS, you will be notified of any additional shipping charges before the shipment and you order will be shipped upon approval of these charges.
• Sanicopaper.com will not accept International Orders.
• All refused orders will be charged a $10.00 handling fee plus shipping charges.

Damages & Shortages

• Sanciopaper.com's responsibility ceases upon delivery to shipping companies. Before signing for shipment, please verify that your order is correct, complete and in acceptable condition before signing for receipt. Sanicopaper.com cannot be held responsible for any shipment that is damaged or incomplete. Please check and alert Sanciopaper.com of any discrepancies before signing for shipments.
• All orders shipped from Sanicopaper.com will be covered with the correct amount of insurance. Sanicopaper.com will gladly assist you with making a claim for any damaged goods. Please hold on to all packaging materials and merchandise when any damage is discovered. Upon discovery, please contact Sanicopaper.com immediately to begin the claim process.

Returns

• No merchandise will be returned without first obtaining authorization from Sanicopaper.com. Any merchandise returned to us that has not been authorized will be refused.
• All returns must be carefully packed in the original box or equivalent and be in saleable condition to be acceptable. Sanicopaper.com has the right to refuse or reject any refund or exchange.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Discontinued items, special order items or items not purchased from Sanicopaper.com are not allowed for return or exchange.
• Restocking fees of 25% may be charged at the discretion of Sanicopaper.com and/or its manufacturers.
• All returns are subject to inspection by Sanicopaper.com before credit is issued.
